Wedding Video Contract - alexander
Terms and Conditions:
Reservation of the videographer's services are guaranteed only upon receiving a 50% deposit.
The balance is due on or before the date of the wedding.
You, the client, cannot expect any work different to the quality and style of work found on this website.
The videographer reserves the right to use the video footage for promotional purposes.
In the event of a postponement or cancellation of this event, the deposit is non-refundable.
If, due to mechanical failure, human error or negligence by the videographer, the video fails to fulfill the contract agreement, the maximum liability will be 75% of the total cost.
In the event of cancellation on behalf of the videographer, they will give at least 50 days notice before the wedding date and refund all amounts paid at that point. Any cancellation within 50 days must be due to force majeure and they will refund all amounts paid at that point.
The video(s) will be completed within 4-6 weeks.
For every additional hour the videographer is needed past the agreed upon total hours of coverage, a charge of $125.00 CAD will be added.
Pricing:
Based on previous discussion with the client, the following is a breakdown of the total cost:
Package # 6* = $1,800.00 CAD
WeddingWire Discount = -5% ($90.00)
Drone** = $100.00 CAD
Travel = N/A
Subtotal = $1,810.00 CAD
Tax (13%) = $235.30 CAD
Total = $2,045.30 CAD
A deposit of $1,023.30 CAD (50%) will be made via Interac e-transfer within 24 hours of the contract being signed. The Interac e-transfer will be sent to the following email address: danielhughes@ashwoodproductions.ca
The remaining amount of $1,022.00 CAD (50%) will be paid on or before the day of the wedding in the form of Interac e-transfer or cash.
*Includes 10 hours of total coverage, 2 videographers, “highlight” video (5-7 minutes), “full” video (1-2.5 hours) and drone coverage.
**In the event that it is unsafe to fly the drone as judged by the drone pilot, any amount paid for drone coverage will be deducted from the final payment.
